RESOLVED:

(1) That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

The Sub-Committee determined that on the information supplied by the complainant, there was insufficient information to identify a potential breach of the Code of Conduct and, therefore, no further action is to be taken with regard to the complaint.

RESOLVED:

(1) That no further action be taken on the complaint.
